We get on a call and look at what you spend your time on and what the bottle necks of the business are. No pitch, no obligation. If there's no alignment, we'll tell you on the call.

If it's a fit, you choose. Equity with no upfront cost, or a straightforward consulting fee. Whatever makes sense for your situation.

Step 3

We get to work

We're not consultants who hand you a report and leave. We work with you and implement the changes, the same way we've been improving PJ's Liquor Store.

Are we the right partners for you?

Equity or a fee, your call. We can become minority shareholders in your business with no upfront cost, or work for a straightforward consulting fee. Whatever fits your situation.

We work inside the business, not from outside it. We're not going to send you a set of recommendations and let you execute them. We work with you to implement the systems, the marketing, and the hiring.

We follow through. We're not in this to make promises and leave. We stay until the changes actually work, and the business is better than we found it.

What does the partnership actually look like?

You keep ownership of your business either way. Depending on what fits your situation, we work for equity with no upfront cost, or for a straightforward consulting fee. Cory and Liam work inside the business alongside you and your team on systems, marketing, and hiring, the same things we've been doing at PJ's Liquor Store, where we've been equity partners for just short of a year.

What do you change first?

Almost always systems. If the day to day still runs manually, that gets fixed first. Once that's off your plate, we move to marketing and bringing in new customers, then the team.

Why have faith in us?

Fair question. If you choose equity, we don't get paid unless the business does better, so we have no reason to do a half job. If you choose a fee, real work will still be done, and we still want a business we're proud to point to. Either way, we're not asking you to decide anything on the first call. It's a conversation about your business.
